From experience I can talk young Veracruz at least a couple of anecdotes. The first involves a young man from Córdoba on the outskirts of the main campus of the Tecnológico de Monterrey, a student at this school. This guy walked in the evening, around ten p.m. his way home, two blocks from the university when he was spoken by a group of traffic police, which put him in a patrol police and threatened to put him in jail. The rationale is that was shocking in the street and threatened to consign it to the appropriate authority.
