Ruben Figueroa, Tabasco migrant advocate, said the caravan of migrant advocacy organizations composed of approximately 60 people is still next to the train tracks at the site of the attack, pending support of the NHRC or the arrival of the PF to provide protective measures to continue towards Puebla.
What organizations are requested to provide security to these caravans and caravan that goes to Mexico City to join the National March for Justice and Against Impunity.
