With the participation of leading experts in the subject, 12, 13 and May 14 meeting will be held on International Observatory on Media and Defenders of Latin American audiences, which intends to bring together those who perform it work, in order to emphasize its importance, promoting their proliferation and to highlight the contribution of such figures in the democratic life in the region.
Once the subjects developed under the auspices of the Foundation for Free Expression (FUNDALEX), the Center for Legal Research at the Universidad de las Américas - Campus Puebla (CIJ-UDLAP) and International Centre for Advanced Studies in Communications for Latin America (CIESPAL), will be built on 14 Observatories Network of Media and Audiences Defenders of Our America.
There will also be discussion and approval of the Manifesto of Puebla on the democratizing role of the Observatories Media and Defenders of the courts, culminating in the formulation of a work proposal for the Network
The event will be held at CU-UDLAP, with the participation of FUNDALEX president, Armando Prida Huerta, Fernando Czech Montúfar, teacher, researcher and Director General of CIESPAL and Ernesto Villanueva, founder of CU-UDLAP.
