Books and rain

No better place than a library for shelter from the rain. You can always fold your umbrella at the entrance and faking an unusual interest in books sideways while watching through the windows, when declining the rain and can continue serenely on his way. It is neither the oldest nor the most literary of the many I've visited, but the Boekhandel De Reyguere of Grote Markt (Market Square) in Bruges, I was seduced by his classic bill. This is a unique side shelves orderly room and a row of exhibitors at the center. On the right you have the titles in French, while the left is reserved for books written in Dutch. In the background is elevated on a mezzanine accessed by a short ladder. The indirect lighting, the busts that crown the shelves and ceiling plaster gives the appearance of severe palatial elegance. Unfortunately ceased rain before I had decided on a book ... another time will be.
